Food

There are many different food in the world. Different country have different foods for meals like for eg. The chinese eat rice with others dishes for meals while the westerners eat potato, meat, etc. Besides that, food is our main source of energy that gives us energy to work, play, etc. In this world, many people love food. Some even gorge themselves with food when they are angy, sad, or even happy. There is also a saying that normal people eat to live while the food lovers live to eat. Although eating is important in our daily lives, we should keep a balanced diet. we should only have not more than 3 meals a day. Eating food that consist of a certain nutrition and we must balance our diet. There is no problem eating more than what is good for us but we must exercise more often to burn off those excesive fats.
